This one time, Nerve Centre were involved with running a festival. The Friday night headliners were big in the nineties, and were taking forever with their soundcheck, whereupon Nerve Centre declared amongst themselves "We could write a song quicker than they could soundcheck!"
The following night, some young fella was being egged on in drinking an entire bottle of Jagermeister (that should have an umlaut over the 'a'). James The Guitarist had a guitar to hand, and then a song happened, completed in approximately 10 minutes.
Remembering their declaration from the night before, Nerve Centre were chuffed that they had indeed written a song quicker than the Friday night headliners could soundcheck.
lyrics
Verse 1:
If your name is Ryan, you drink
If you click, you drink
If you’re wearing glasses, you drink
If you’re wearing a long coat you drink
Chorus:
These are the rules of The Jager Game
These are the rules of The Jager Game
These are the rule, though they never stay the same
These are the rules of The Jager Game
Verse 2:
If you’re sat next to Richard, you drink
If it’s in your left hand, you drink
If you say you’re fine, you drink
If it’s 3am, you drink
